Refund Policy

Refunds - Summary

To place a refund, return or exchange request for the Order that You placed with Avangate, contact Avangate via email at support@avangate.com, by phone at +31 88 000 0008, or via Avangate myAccount no later than thirty (30) days after You submitted the Order to Avangate, and provide Us with the Order number and the reason for Your request. Avangate, in its sole discretion, may grant extensions to this thirty (30) day period.

Avangate will review Your request, and will generally notify You via email of the results within two (2) Business Days.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, AVANGATE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND, OR ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, IF YOU HAVE BROKEN THE SEAL OF THE PRODUCT; DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT; OR THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT IS SUCH THAT A RETURN IS NOT FEASIBLE, WHICH FEASIBILITY SHALL BE AS DETERMINED BY AVANGATE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION (E.G., PRODUCT WAS CUSTOMIZED FOR YOU).

Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and return shipping of the relevant Products will be at Your own expense; however, Avangate will bear the return shipping expense if such Products are being returned because such Products, as delivered, are not in accordance with the Order. Any return of the relevant Products by You shall be made to the mailing address specified by Avangate in the delivery details that accompanied the Products. If you cannot locate the delivery details with the return mailing address, please contact Avangate as per the details mentioned above. Products sent to Avangate for return or exchange must be unused, in same condition in which You received them, and in the original packaging with all of the materials that accompanied the Products (however, please keep the receipt for Your records). After we receive the returned Products, we will inspect them and notify You as to whether the return is approved.

If You elected to pay for the Products by check or money order, and We have not received Your check or money order within thirty (30) days after you submitted the Order, Avangate reserves the right to automatically cancel that Order at any time after the expiration of said thirty (30) days.

Some Products have additional conditions for refund, return and exchange requests, which conditions are as described in the Order form for Your Order, or in the materials that accompanied the Products ("Product Terms"). Please read the Product Terms carefully before contacting Avangate with Your refund, return or exchange request. In the event of a conflict among the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy and the terms and conditions of any Product Terms, the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy shall prevail.

If Your refund request is granted by Avangate, Avangate will generally provide the refund as follows:

  1. Credits for payments made by credit card or debit card will be processed by Avangate within one (1) Business Day (You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on Your card issuer's policies);
  2. Refunds for payments made by wire transfer or check will be processed by Avangate within seven (7) Business Days, and You shall bear the expense of sending the refund via wire transfer;
  3. Credits for payments made via PayPal will be processed by Avangate within one (1) Business Day (You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal's policies);
  4. Payments made by other methods will be processed by Avangate within five (5) to seven (7) Business Days, and Avangate may require that You bear the expense of issuing such refunds.

If applicable, Avangate reserve the right to delay the refund until We have received a letter of Product destruction that has been signed by You, or We have received the returned Product in the condition required by this Refund Policy.

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 120 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

Refund Policy (for Goods)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Refund Policy (for Services)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 120 days from the purchase date and we will provide a full refund of your purchase.
